Well, the day job has now finished until 4 January, which gives me a good opportunity to get on with Passion’s Last Promise, the latest Club Aegis novel.
I’m still working on the initial draft. The word count currently stands at around 85,000, and I still have some way to go. This story has taken a few mystery turns along the way, scenes I never imagined when I first started writing it, which is why Ros and Simon are giving me so many problems! I hope to make some serious progress over the holidays, then I can start polishing the story before it goes to my wonderful editor.
However, that’s quite enough on that matter. The festive season is upon us, and I would just like to send you all my very best wishes for whichever festival you choose to celebrate, and a happy, healthy and prosperous 2016!
