So, here we are at the end of a year that’s memorable for a whole host of wrong reasons. It’s been truly awful for so many, with so much heart-breaking news virtually every day. At this point in the year, it’s only natural that we look forward with hope to the coming year.
It would be very easy to think “New year, new start”, but the reality is, we will still have bad news to deal with. However, there is a glimmer of hope, in that vaccines have been developed, and if not already approved for use, are in the process of being approved. In the meantime, stay safe and stay well.
Looking ahead to matters relating to books, I hope to have the first draft of my next Spectrum Security Inc. series finished soon. I intended it to be about the same length as its predecessor, Charity’s Heart, but the characters in Sasha’s Secret have told me that their story is a little longer! In anticipation of its publication—it’ll be my first book of 2021—here’s the cover:
After that, I plan to return to the next Club Aegis story—Soul Lost. I’ve also been playing around with a cast of characters for another Club Aegis spin-off. Early days yet to say too much about that, but I’ll let you know when there’s more news.
To you, dear reader, I wish you all the very best for the coming year. I hope it’s a kinder year for all of us, and one in which we can focus on the positive—and remember, be kind to others, because you don’t know what’s going on in their lives, and be kind to yourself, too.
Thinking of you…
